SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All physical books are shipped on the next business day at the latest using regular mail from Helsinki, Finland. In Finland the delivery should take no more than 7 days, within Europe no more than 14 day and in the US and other countries with customs procedures, no more than 21 days.

RETURN POLICY

Audiobooks and eBooks cannot be returned. Physical books can be returned at buyer’s own expense within 30 days of receiving them. Returned books must be in saleable condition. Please enclose a copy of our invoice with the return shipment. If you have received a damaged or defective book, please let us know at the following email address: name of the author separated by a dot at protonmail.com.
